The Humane Society of McCormick County, Inc.
Our Mission
Every animal deserves a chance at love, a home, and a warm bed to sleep at night. We are dedicated to making that vision a reality for the pets of McCormick County.
Who We Are
The Humane Society of McCormick County serves as a compassionate advocate for local animals in need. We believe that by working together with our community, we can create a brighter, safer future for our four-legged friends.
How We Help
We provide a variety of resources to support animal welfare, including our spay, neuter, and TNR initiatives. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that our shelter operates effectively, though please note that our shelter visits are available by appointment only to ensure we can provide the best care possible.
Your Role in Our Family
Choosing to adopt is a beautiful way to change a life forever. When you welcome an animal into your home, you aren't just gaining a companion; you are participating in a larger community effort to give every pet the loving environment they deserve. We are here to guide you in finding the perfect match for your family.
