Our Mission

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter services, education, and awareness. We strive for a future where no companion animal is left unwanted, unloved, or abandoned.

Why We Serve

Our organization exists to bridge the gap for animals in need and their human companions. By providing a safe shelter environment and operating The JOY Clinic for affordable spay and neuter services, we actively address pet overpopulation and help keep families together through support services like our Paw Pantry.

How We Care

We operate as a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on the health and happiness of the animals in our care. Our team provides rescued pets with a supportive shelter environment, including quality nutrition, medical treatment via our Angel Fund, and behavioral training to prepare them for their forever homes.
