Our Mission
Our purpose is to relieve the discomfort, pain, and hunger of our community’s dogs, finding them homes where their care is the absolute priority. We believe that every dog deserves a chance—even a third or fourth one—and we are committed to being a no-kill, non-profit safe haven.
Our Story
What began in 2021 as a rescue operating out of Andy Wostal’s home has grown into an official shelter located in Tracy City, TN. Thanks to dedicated volunteer labor and the generosity of local donations, we have expanded our facility to include a primary intake office, a nursery building, and multiple dedicated play yards for our dogs to thrive in while they wait for their forever families.
How We Help
We serve as a vital resource for Grundy County and the surrounding areas, working closely with local police to assist abused, neglected, or lost dogs. Once a dog enters our care, they are quarantined, vaccinated, and medically assessed before being scheduled for spay/neuter surgery. We take pride in maintaining a transparent process where every animal receives the compassion and love they truly deserve.
