Balch Springs Animal Services
Our Mission
Balch Springs Animal Services is dedicated to providing essential resources to our citizens while promoting responsible pet ownership and ensuring a healthy, safe environment for both the human and animal residents of our community.
Who We Are
As a municipal, tax-funded animal shelter, we serve the Balch Springs community by connecting pets in need with new, forever families. We are located behind the municipal building at 3117 Hickory Tree Road, where our team works daily to provide care and support for animals during their transition.
Our Commitment to Care
We provide a safe, supervised shelter environment where every animal receives proper nutrition, care, and medical attention. Our team is committed to the health and well-being of every pet in our facility as we prepare them for their next chapter.
Finding Your Perfect Match
We believe that adoption is a joyful partnership that thrives when there is a great fit. Because of this, we highly recommend that every member of your household, including current pets, meets any potential new companion to ensure a smooth, happy transition for everyone involved.
