The City of Burleson Animal Services
Our Mission
At the Burleson City Animal Shelter, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support for animals while helping them find their forever families. We are proud to serve the greater Burleson community by connecting pets with loving homes where they can thrive.
Serving Our Community
Our division provides essential animal care and control services to ensure the well-being of animals and residents within the city limits. We believe that caring for our animal neighbors is a vital part of what makes our city a wonderful place to live.
How We Care
We operate a dedicated animal shelter facility where our staff provides daily care, socialization, and medical support. Our efforts are bolstered by a wonderful network of volunteers and foster parents who help us provide extra love and attention to the animals in our care. Whether in the shelter or in a foster home, every animal receives our commitment to their health and happiness.
Your Next Best Friend
Adopting an animal is a joyful partnership, and we are here to help you find the perfect match for your family. We offer both indoor and outdoor meeting spaces so you can get comfortably acquainted with our adoptable pets before making your decision. Our adoption process ensures that every dog and cat is prepared for their new life with required vaccinations and spay/neuter services.
