Our Story
Born from a dream in early 2007, The Cattery has grown from a humble beginning into a vital community resource that facilitates over 600 adoptions each year. Recognizing the urgent need to address pet overpopulation, we established the area's first high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter clinic, which has since completed over 45,000 surgeries.
How We Operate
Our shelter offers a specialized, cage-free environment where cats can thrive while awaiting their forever homes. Beyond our shelter walls, we operate a mobile spay/neuter clinic to reach underserved neighborhoods, ensuring that quality care is accessible to all. We are supported by a passionate community and funds raised through our unique thrift shop, Retail Therapy.
