Our Mission
At Apollo Support & Rescue, we are dedicated to saving the lives of abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs and cats in North Texas, giving them a vital second chance at life. We believe every animal deserves a loving family and a bright future.
Where It All Began
Founded in 2012 by Danielle Stewart, our organization was inspired by a resilient puppy named Apollo. Following a difficult start for his family, Apollo’s incredible fight to live became the heartbeat of our mission, leading us to save thousands of animals in the years since.
How We Provide Care
We operate as a 501c3 non-profit from a five-acre facility in Justin, TX, where we provide a sanctuary for over 200 animals in our care. Beyond our base operations, we rely on a compassionate network of foster homes throughout the DFW area to ensure every animal receives the attention and comfort they need while waiting for their forever family.

9/17 - TODAY IS NORTH TEXAS GIVING DAY! 🐾🎉 Stories like Ranger’s are the reason we never stop fighting for the helpless, abandoned, and broken. Earlier this year, Ranger came to us in terrible shape—a shattered leg, a grieving heart, and a long, scary road to recovery. During his emergency FHO surgery, he flatlined on the table. Our vet team saved his life, and after months of care, crate rest, and dedicated fostering, he healed up and was adopted into a loving forever home! 🏡❤️ Right now, there are so many more "Rangers" who need us.
