Town of Little Elm-Animal Services
Our Mission
Little Elm Animal Services is dedicated to maintaining a clean, inviting, and professional environment for every animal in our care. We utilize a customer-driven approach to serve the animals and residents of our community with compassion and integrity.
Serving Our Community
Our shelter serves as a vital resource for the Town of Little Elm, providing a safe harbor for pets in need. We work hard every day to maintain a high standard of care and ethical performance to ensure that our facility remains a healthy space for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
How We Operate
Our facility, located at 1605 Mark Tree Lane, is a dedicated space where we house stray animals and animals waiting for adoption. Our team of Animal Services officers works tirelessly to provide for these animals, and we partner with organizations like the Friends of the Little Elm Animal Shelter to further support our mission.
Your New Best Friend
Adoption is a joyful partnership, and we are here to help you find your perfect match. When you adopt from us, your $75 fee covers spaying or neutering, essential vaccines, and a microchip, ensuring your new companion starts their journey with us on the right paw. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep our adoption process as fair and transparent as possible for all prospective owners.
Visit Us Today
We invite you to experience the rewarding journey of adoption by visiting our shelter during our regular business hours. You can view our currently available dogs and cats on our website or contact us at 972-377-1898 to learn more about our current residents. We look forward to helping you welcome a new member into your family.
