The City of Pasadena, Texas
A Heart for Our Community
At the Pasadena Animal Shelter, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and compassionate environment for the animals in our care. Our mission is to serve the Pasadena community by providing shelter, support, and a pathway to loving forever homes for every pet that enters our doors.
Serving Pasadena with Care
Located at 5150 Burke Rd., we act as a vital resource for pet owners and animal lovers throughout our city. Whether we are helping families navigate pet safety during emergencies, such as hurricane preparedness, or providing access to essential services like our spay-neuter assistance program, our team is committed to the wellbeing of local animals and their human companions.
How We Operate
Our shelter facility functions as a hub for animal services, where our dedicated staff and volunteers work hard to manage daily operations and animal care. We utilize a variety of programs, including foster and volunteer opportunities, to ensure every animal receives the attention and socialization they need while they wait for their perfect match.
Finding Your New Best Friend
We believe that every adoption is the beginning of a beautiful partnership, and we are here to help you find the pet that best fits your lifestyle. Our team works transparently to support adopters through the process, ensuring that each transition is as smooth and joyful as possible for both the family and the animal.
