Plano Animal Shelter
Finding Your Fur-ever Friend
At the Plano Animal Shelter, our mission is to connect wonderful animals with loving new families. We are dedicated to providing a safe, temporary home for pets while they wait to meet their perfect match.
Our Commitment to Care
We believe every animal deserves a second chance at happiness. Our facility serves as a landing pad for pets who have been surrendered by their previous owners or were found within our community. Our professional staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that every dog, cat, bird, rabbit, and small mammal receives the care and attention they need to thrive during their stay with us.
How We Operate
The Plano Animal Shelter provides a comprehensive range of support, from comfortable housing and enrichment to essential medical services. We prioritize your pet's future by including spay or neuter surgery, microchipping, initial vaccinations, and health checks in our adoption process. By focusing on these vital services, we help ensure a healthy and smooth transition for your new family member.
