Pooch Savers Rescue
A Second Chance for Every Pooch
Pooch Savers Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to enhancing both animal and human lives through kindness. Our mission is to provide a fresh start for every dog in our care, moving toward a world where every pet is cherished.
Our Journey and Vision
Since 2011, we have been active in rescue efforts, officially becoming a 501(c)(3) in 2019. Based in Dallas, our all-volunteer team operates on a Golden Rule ethos, striving to prevent unnecessary suffering through rescue, advocacy, and promoting responsible pet ownership.
How We Make a Difference
We operate as an all-volunteer, donation-funded organization focused on individual care. By utilizing a network of fosters and providing comprehensive vetting, we ensure each dog receives the medical attention and rehabilitation they need. We believe that by acting as a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves, we can build a community that values all animal lives.
Building Your Perfect Match
We approach dog adoption with the same care and responsibility as placing a child, ensuring that every home is a stable, safe fit. Our process is designed to create lasting, joyful partnerships by prioritizing the unique needs of both the dog and the adopter. Whether you are looking for a playful companion or a gentle senior, we are committed to helping you find the perfect match for your family.

We invite you to meet our wonderful, fully-vetted furry friends at the Plano PetSmart every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
