Richland Hills Animal Services
A Dedicated Mission for Our Animal Friends
Richland Hills City Animal Services is committed to providing and promoting the humane treatment of animals while fostering a safe and balanced environment for our community. We are passionate about giving every pet that comes through our doors a chance to find a loving, forever home.
Our Commitment to the Community
Our organization exists to manage the local animal population with care and compassion, serving as a protective resource for both pets and citizens in the Richland Hills area. We are proud to work alongside Furever Buddy, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the vital funds and supplies necessary to care for our homeless and helpless animals.
How We Provide Care
Our Animal Services Center operates as a dedicated facility where our staff and volunteers work together to ensure every animal receives proper care, including hygiene and kennel maintenance. Our team, supported by a network of volunteers, provides essential daily support such as walking, socializing, and cleaning, ensuring that every pet is comfortable while waiting for their perfect match.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
Adoption is a joyful partnership, and we are here to help you find the right friend for your family. We encourage all interested adopters to browse our current list of available pets on Petfinder and visit us during our operating hours to meet our wonderful animals in person.
Take the Next Step
We invite you to join our community of animal lovers by visiting our shelter at 7049 Baker Boulevard or by calling us at 817-616-3769. Whether you are looking to adopt, volunteer, or simply learn more about our services, we are excited to welcome you and help you make a lasting difference in an animal's life.
