Texas Litter Control is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to eliminate the suffering of companion animals across Texas. We believe that no healthy animal should be euthanized for lack of a home, and we work tirelessly to ensure every litter is wanted and every pet is cherished.
Formed in 2012, our organization was founded to conquer the local pet overpopulation crisis by providing accessible, high-quality, low-cost veterinary care. We recognized that the most effective way to help shelters was to support the families who love their pets, providing resources that keep companion animals healthy, happy, and safe in their forever homes.
We are not a corporate entity; we are a community-focused team operating four climate-controlled clinics where your wellness and vaccination visits directly fund our life-saving programs. Our services are available to everyone, and our team is committed to transparency and providing a comfortable environment for both animals and their owners. Through our clinics, adoption centers, and pet food pantry, we provide a holistic safety net for pets in need.
Adopting a new family member is a beautiful journey, and we are honored to help you find your perfect match. Our cats are fully vetted—including spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchipping—ensuring they arrive at your home healthy and ready for a fresh start. We strive to place our animals in loving, indoor-focused homes where they can thrive for years to come.
We invite you to visit our adoption locations in Tomball or connect with us online to see our wonderful residents waiting for their forever families.
