Prince George County Animal Services
Our Mission
At the Prince George County Animal Services & Adoption Center, we are dedicated to providing the animal population of our county with compassion and comfort. Our mission centers on ensuring every animal in our care receives the support and dignity they deserve.
Our Community Commitment
Serving the residents of Prince George, our facility serves as a vital resource for our community's pets. By addressing the needs of stray and impounded animals, we work every day to ensure a safer, more humane environment for the animals that call our county home.
How We Care
Our shelter serves as a central hub for animal services in the region, operating with a focus on professional care and community engagement. Beyond our core shelter operations, we maintain robust programs including foster opportunities, pet identification, and sterilization initiatives to support the long-term well-being of our animals.
