Spotsylvania Animal Shelter
Our Mission
The Spotsylvania Animal Shelter is dedicated to serving our community by providing a safe, temporary haven for animals in need of a second chance. We strive to connect every animal with a loving home where they can thrive as cherished companions.
Our Commitment to the Community
Located in Fredericksburg, our shelter serves as a vital resource for Spotsylvania County and the City of Fredericksburg. We are here to support our residents and their pets, acting as a bridge for animals who are lost, in need of new homes, or awaiting their forever families.
How We Care for Our Animals
Our facility provides a clean and supportive environment for animals while they await adoption. Our team is committed to the well-being of every pet in our care, working daily to maintain their health and happiness through professional oversight and dedicated support. Whether an animal has arrived through a surrender or as a stray, we focus on providing them with the care and attention they deserve.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
We believe that adoption is the start of a wonderful, lifelong partnership. By taking the time to understand each animal's unique personality, we help create meaningful connections between our residents and the pets who need them most. We encourage you to visit us and meet the resilient, affectionate animals currently waiting to meet you.
