Prince William County Animal Services Center

Our Mission

Through collaboration with community partners, the Animal Services Bureau protects public health, prevents animal cruelty, and gives adoptable animals a second chance at a forever home.

A History of Care

Our Animal Services Center has been dedicated to serving the community since 1975. Following a significant facility renovation in 2022, we continue to uphold our vision of a humane community where all animals are treated with respect and kindness.

Our Commitment to Animals

As a public, open-admission center, we provide humane care for thousands of animals each year, ranging from cats and dogs to reptiles and livestock. We are committed to every animal's welfare, providing exercise, enrichment, and necessary veterinary care until they are reclaimed by their owners or find their perfect new family.

Connecting Pets and People

We believe that adopting is a rewarding journey that enriches your life with unconditional love. When you adopt from us, you aren't just finding a friend; you are saving two lives—the pet you welcome home and the next animal that can take their place in our care. Our team provides support throughout the process, ensuring you have the resources needed to create a lasting, joyful bond with your new companion.

Find Your New Best Friend

We invite you to visit our Center in Manassas to meet our available pets and discover the difference you can make in an animal's life. Ready to get started?
