We work closely with Animal Control, which operates under the Orange County Sheriff's Office, to enforce state laws and local ordinances that protect our furry friends. Whether you are dealing with an animal emergency or have found a stray, we are here to help. In addition to providing shelter and care, we also prioritize public health through our low-cost vaccination clinics held every spring and fall. These clinics offer essential vaccinations for cats and dogs, ensuring that every pet in our community receives vital health care, regardless of where they reside. Safety is our top priority; therefore, we kindly ask that dogs be leashed and that cats are secured in carriers during these events. The Orange County Animal Shelter welcomes community support and encourages residents to contribute through donations. We list specific items that assist us in our mission, including canned dog and cat food, treats, litter, toys, and cleaning supplies. Every contribution helps us provide a better environment for the animals awaiting their forever homes. We invite you to join us in our commitment to animal welfare and community service.
