Franklin County Animal Shelter
Our Mission
The Franklin County Animal Shelter is dedicated to serving the community by providing care for stray and relinquished animals while working tirelessly to find them loving, permanent homes. We believe that every pet in our care deserves a chance to become a cherished member of a family.
Serving Franklin County
As a municipal facility, we are the heart of animal care for Franklin County. We work each day to bridge the gap between animals in need and the families who are ready to welcome them, ensuring that our community remains a safe and compassionate place for all our four-legged friends.
How We Care
Our dedicated team and volunteers provide essential daily care, including exercise, feeding, and cleaning, to ensure our animals are healthy and happy while they wait for adoption. Beyond our facility, we collaborate with various local rescue groups to broaden our reach and maximize placement opportunities for the animals in our care.
Your New Best Friend
Choosing to adopt means choosing to save a life, and we are here to help you find the perfect companion to match your lifestyle. Our staff is committed to facilitating meaningful connections, ensuring that every adoption is the start of a joyful and lasting partnership.
