North Beach PAWS

Welcome to North Beach PAWS! We are a dedicated organization committed to saving the lives of homeless and unwanted dogs and cats. Our mission is clear: to provide shelter or foster care for these animals and seek permanent, loving homes for them. Founded by Lorna and Mike Valdez, North Beach PAWS was born out of a deep passion for animal welfare. We strive to create a compassionate community by promoting the spaying and neutering of pets, helping to reduce overpopulation, and advocating for responsible pet guardianship through education. At North Beach PAWS, we also stand up for animals that have been victims of abuse, seeking justice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Our commitment extends further through partnerships with local businesses that share our vision of finding forever homes for each animal in our care. We believe in community support and invite you to get involved! Whether you choose to volunteer, donate, or adopt, every action contributes to changing lives. With our new modern shelter featuring 20 kennels and a large play yard, we are excited to provide even better care for our animals and enhance their chances for successful adoptions.
