Welcome to SpokAnimal! Since 1983, our organization has been dedicated to saving lives and strengthening the bond between humans and companion animals. We believe in proactive and humane approaches to protect and nurture pets in our community. Our Mission: At SpokAnimal, we lead communities in humane ways to promote and preserve the human-companion animal bond. Our vision stretches beyond just saving lives; we aim to find loving homes for homeless pets both locally and beyond. In 2024 alone, we successfully adopted out 4,738 animals and placed another 2,122 in our foster care program. Our commitment to animal welfare is reflected in our impressive live-save rate of 95.5%, one of the highest for a shelter of our size.
