Give Purrs A Chance
A Haven for Every Cat
Our mission is simple: we enable you to adopt and never shop for your pets. We are dedicated to providing a joyful, social experience that connects loving people with wonderful feline companions.
Our Journey Together
Since opening our doors in May 2017, Give Purrs A Chance has had the honor of helping over 2,400 cats and kittens find their furever homes. Located in a beautiful two-story Victorian house in Berkeley Springs, WV, we are proud to be the largest square footage cat café in the country.
How We Provide Care
We work closely with four regional rescue organizations to take in vetted, spayed, and neutered cats. Our unique environment allows these cats to free-roam and socialize with visitors and each other, ensuring they are well-adjusted and ready for their new lives. By charging a modest admission fee, we offset the costs of providing this high-quality care and all-day access to our feline residents.
Connecting You with a Friend
Choosing to adopt is a life-changing decision, and we are here to make the process as seamless as possible. Whether you are looking for a playful kitten or a calm companion, our team is committed to finding the perfect match for your family. We encourage you to review our current adoptable residents on Petfinder and complete our adoption form to start your journey toward finding a new best friend.
Visit Us Today
We invite you to stop by seven days a week from 11 am to 5 pm to meet our wonderful cats in person. While you are here, browse our Catique Boutique, which features beautiful items from local artists and craftspeople. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and helping you find the love you have been searching for.
