Our Story
Established in 1978 by a small, dedicated group of volunteers, our organization began with individuals taking animals into their own homes to help them find families. Today, we have grown into a professional non-profit facility located in Barron, remaining deeply committed to our local community as a private organization that relies entirely on your generosity and support.

To ensure every pet receives individualized attention and remains in a low-stress environment, our shelter operates by appointment only, which allows us to provide focused, quality time for every animal and adopter.
