Our Story
Our organization was founded by Victoria Timreck in memory of her service dog, Sandi. After experiencing the profound joy and dedication Sandi provided throughout her 16 years, Victoria sought to honor her legacy by giving back to animals in need. This passion drives our promise to provide 110% of our effort toward rescuing those who have never known the comfort of a loving family.
How We Help
Sandi Paws Rescue operates as a 100% volunteer and foster-based organization, meaning we do not maintain a physical shelter facility. By placing our rescues in nurturing foster homes, we provide them with the individual socialization, training, and care they need to thrive. This unique model allows our animals to transition smoothly into their forever homes while feeling safe and secure.
