Our History and Community
Since opening our doors in September 2004, we have served the Milwaukee community as a safe haven for abandoned cats and kittens. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely entirely on the compassion of our supporters and the dedication of our volunteer team to sustain our life-saving work.
Our Care Model
Because we operate as a smaller, volunteer-run shelter, we are able to provide high-quality, individualized attention to every cat in our facility. We take pride in our thorough approach to wellness, ensuring each resident receives a veterinary exam, necessary boosters, and spay or neuter services prior to adoption. This intimate environment allows us to learn each cat's unique personality, helping us foster the care and confidence they need to thrive.

Ready to meet your new companion? We invite you to explore our available cats online or visit us during our open house hours on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4300 S. Howell Avenue in Milwaukee. We cannot wait to help you welcome a new friend into your home.
