Lucky Mutts Rescue
Our Mission
Lucky Mutts Rescue is dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters, abuse, and neglect, giving them a second chance at a happy life. Since 2015, we have worked tirelessly to rescue dogs from across the country and connect them with loving, permanent homes.
Why We Do It
We believe every dog deserves a safe, nurturing environment to decompress and build confidence. By focusing on quality adoptions rather than quantity, we ensure each dog finds a family that truly fits their needs and personality.
Our Foster-Based Approach
We operate as a volunteer-based, not-for-profit rescue where our dogs live in supportive, private homes while awaiting adoption. In these nurturing foster environments, our dogs receive individualized attention, socialization, and full medical care—including vaccinations, microchipping, and spay or neuter procedures—ensuring they are ready to thrive with you.
Building a Lifelong Partnership
Adoption is a beautiful commitment, and we are here to support you through every step of the journey. Our comprehensive, thoughtful matching process helps us align the needs of our dogs with the lifestyle of our adopters, setting the stage for a successful and lasting friendship. Once you join our rescue family, you gain access to a supportive community of volunteers and fellow adopters who are always ready to share advice and celebrate your success.
